What caused nearly 1 in 5 Americans to leave their job within the last year?

Culture. Every company has one, the question you should consider, "Is it a good one or a bad one?". This is a topic that I am very passionate about and love partnering with organizations to define and improve. Peter Drucker always said, "Organizational culture eats strategy for breakfast" and COVID has definitely put the spotlight on company cultures and how employees view their experience inside them.

According to a report by SHRM, one in five Americans left a job due to poor company culture within the last year.

Culture has become a strategic priority with a real impact on the bottom line. It is not only to job of Human Resources to create the culture, it takes responsibility and ownership of everyone in the organization to create the culture. Most recently, I have been consulting with technology companies.
