IT ALL BEGAN WITH AN IDEA.
You see, I became detached from my true self after working in a corporate role for many years. I forgot who I really was, and like so many others, I lost my identity.
Until one day, I found my SUPERPOWERS (thanks to StrengthsFinders and the best mentor ever!). They have always been within me, but I wasn’t using them. The time had come to reinvent myself!
I have always been a loyal person, so I campaigned for a year to build my dream job within the company that I spent so many years devoting myself to, but no one would hire me. So when my dream job wasn’t hiring, I decided to build my dream job and hire myself!

Inspiring people to take action on their dreams and begin moving in that direction.
Living within my core values. What are they you ask? Faith, Family, Kindness, Growth, Giving Back, and Integrity.
Writing anything about self-development; Writing inspiring quotes to motivate others. We all need a little inspiration in our day (see my quote deck here).
Public speaking through storytelling. A good story can ignite a spark!
Helping others find their SUPERPOWERS! I am a Gallup certified StrengthsFinder coach, so it’s my gift to help others define who they are – everyone has them.
Drinking coffee. I can’t imagine a world without Starbucks!
Taking average and creating excellence. I mean, who wants to live in mediocrity?
Giving and receiving hugs. Bring them on!
Developing leaders of all levels. It’s my jam.
Bringing great people together. Life wasn’t meant to be experienced alone.
