Kelly Merbler Receives 2021 John Maxwell Team (JMT) Culture Award
The Top 10 Leaders Recognized Out Of 37,000 JMT Members Worldwide at Virtual Conference
West Palm Beach, FL (February 19th, 2021) – Kelly Merbler, Principal of The Kelly Merbler Company, LLC, has been honored by the John Maxwell Team (JMT) as a recipient at their annual International JMT Culture Award ceremony.
The JMT Culture Awards recognizes top leaders within the John Maxwell Team who have created specific and impactful contributions to the broader team and community. Kelly was awarded for “Demonstrating A Positive Attitude” based on her constructive daily teachings, programs, and forefront organizational thinking which has helped to elevate the broader team and organizations that she serves in her business.

Kelly practices integrating the John Maxwell leadership programs into each of her client dealings helping to elevate others through John Maxwell’s teachings. His programs are proven to create cultures which are productive, efficient, and based on servant leadership principles.
Kelly discovered her passion in life several years ago while attending a leadership conference where her soon-to-be mentor, Dr. John C. Maxwell, was the keynote speaker. It was there she became keenly aware of her interest and passion in helping other leaders discover their purpose in life. Since then, she became Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and John Maxwell Certified Speaker, providing a wide variety of leadership and coaching programs to senior leaders and corporate clients, such as Converse, Vanderbilt Medical Center, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, Nextera Energy, New York State SHRM, and several major health systems across the United States.
