Only 3 countries don't have this, and the United States is one of them

There are only three countries in the entire world that don’t guarantee some type of paid family leave – the United States is one of them.

You read it correctly. The United States, Papua New Guinea, and Oman are those that are identified as such.

Working parents are exhausted and most households require dual income to keep up with the rising cost of living in the United States.

We can’t fix problems that we don’t talk about, and that includes understanding what parents are experiencing in the workplace. Organizations must be open to understanding what they truly need from their employers to feel supported.

When we have a culture that allows parents to thrive, it helps to develop children who thrive. Keep in mind, our children are the future of our workforce.

Join me along with my special guests, Kelly McGinnis & Ryan Darby who founded The Working Parent Institute, as we take on these important topics with these working parents and leaders of organizations.

Special time of 11:30 am Est Friday August 26th. This session will be eligible for 1 PDC SHRM credit.

Your Inspirational Barista,

Kelly
