Just making sure you were aware of this…

You have been so busy with everything lately, and time seems to fly by when we rarely have time to stop and realize how amazing we are.

Perhaps it's your boss asking you to juggle a week full of Zoom calls, in addition to meeting a variety of project deadlines. Maybe it's the pressure to hire new staff or maybe it's the craziness of juggling work and raising a family that has you running around to soccer practices, dance recitals, and grocery store runs.

That is why I am taking the time to send you this note, and to make sure you know that you are appreciated, valued, and that you are loved! Maybe no one has told you that recently at work or even at home. I am just glad you received this note so you can press pause for a moment and just realize how amazing you are! 

It is Valentine's Day so let's celebrate you! 

Now who do you know that needs to hear this as well? Is it your team? Perhaps it is your significant other or maybe it's even YOURSELF.
