I have been on a mission for the last four years, after walking away from a stable career of 21 years, to truly follow my passion. My mission is to help others IGNITE the spark within them so they are INSPIRED to ACHIEVE the goals they pursue in life.

Over the past four years, I have had the privilege of coaching professionals at all levels of the career ladder using the CliftonStrengths tool. The range of these professionals includes those just entering college, to established executives who are running companies. Amazingly, the more I engage with others, the more I experience just how many people don't know their strengths. This is a real handicap when you are striving to reach the next level in your own business or career. 

Understanding my own strengths helped me become more self-aware of how I showed up as a leader to my team and my clients. It helped me to isolate where I was most engaged at work. It really helped me to answer some of the questions that I had been facing when my own "internal flame" started to diminish and I became disengaged in my career.

The CliftonStrengths tool was a huge piece of the puzzle for me that helped me to understand where I could make the most impact and feel my happiest.

For me personally, I have worked diligently on developing my own strengths with my personal coach. I have been on a mission to bring this tool to other businesses and employees who may also be "stuck" in their careers.

For quite some time, I have wanted to deliver this workshop to the public, to bring this amazing training to people who may not have a training and development program within their organizations.
