In case you haven’t heard the news, Gallup just released their updated CliftonStrengths® Top 5 report, and it's amazing! The best part? You don't need to retake the assessment to get the new version. Your updated report is already waiting for you in your Gallup portal.

The new report includes a guide for using it today and in the future, a practical outline to use your most dominant strengths, and action items that you can implement immediately. Plus, you'll learn how your top five strengths pair together to make you unique and how they're unique to you.

I love how the new update includes the colors of the leadership domains and all of the loaded insight it will give you. I'm going through mine again today and having a blast revisiting the beautiful gifts I have been given.
