A great way to keep employees connected in a remote working world

There are a variety of topics that I work through when meeting with my executive coaching clients. One of the standout topics at the moment deals with those who are leading remote teams and how they can manage to keep everyone connected in what has become a remote world.
In the everyday workplace, people don’t always feel empowered to speak up or comfortable with interacting with certain team members because they don’t know them very well and being remote sure has made that more difficult.

What if there was a tool you could use to break down barriers and empower your team to discuss openly?

Now there is, and it’s called the John Maxwell Leadership Game

It’s actually one of my most requested workshops that I am doing for my clients today.
Recently, I brought this leadership development experience to an organization that found they were working in silos and saw the opportunity to connect different departments through this fun and engaging program.

Leaders started learning more about a day in the life of other department leaders and shared ideas that they felt could bring their teams together more and heard live feedback from employees within departments that would create ways to open communication within the departments.
Little did they both know, each department was experiencing similar issues and together through playing The Leadership Game they came up with a solution together that changed the way they worked together and opened up communication.

Now that’s a GAME CHANGER!

Looking for something unique to engage your team and break down silos? Schedule this experience ASAP with me.
